First, we look at your energetics…

Nope, it’s for any woman who has insecurities about her body and wants to learn how to feel beautiful, worthy and whole 💗 Even though my biggest insecurity on the surface was acne, my self-worth wounds went a lot deeper than that and affected how I viewed myself in general. I also felt shame about the weight and shape of my body, as well as not feeling attractive, sexy or feminine in general. It all stemmed from the same wounds.
So the tools I used to feel beautiful with acne are the same tools that will support you to start healing your insecurity about any part of your body: cellulite, stretch marks, curves, small boobs, not thinking you’re pretty enough… If you want to learn how to feel good in your body and start living your life to the fullest, then this is for you.
This is 100% one-on-one, you ‘n’ me only. Because I get healing body shame is a very raw, personal journey, and I want you to feel utterly supported in our sessions.
