Physical: try vocal release through singing, humming, grunting or screaming into a pillow.
Emotional: try a ritual that connects you to your senses and your physical body, like a sensual bath.
Gemini
Arms and hands, lungs, nervous system.
Physical: try breath work techniques like Alternate Nostril Breathing to soothe a scattered nervous system (which also incorporates your hands).
Emotional: try something that lets you playfully communicate and express yourself, like comedy or dance.
Cancer
