Organised and productive masculine energy is what we want to call upon to get the job done. But why would you want to spend the majority of your life in go-go-go hustle mode? These are must-have productivity tips for women who want to be more efficient with their work and tasks, so they spend more time in their divine feminine energy.
Why do productivity tips increase your feminine energy?
This isn’t your average article where I tell you how to get more done in less time and ‘beat the clock’ so you can work 24/7.
No, this is about how you can tap into your masculine drive to efficiently get your tasks completed, so you can drop back into your feminine energy of rest & receive.
If you have big visions for your career and life, but also want to live more in your feminine essence, productivity is a way of creating a balance between everything we want in life — rest, joy and purpose.
Productivity is also about looking at what you really want and creating it in a way that feels good. It’s not about achieving for the sake of achievement, or getting as much done as possible so you feel enough or worthy.
I personally want to spend more of my life enjoying play and pleasure than I do working at my desk, but I have big intentions and a feminine empowerment movement to lead — so these productivity tips are my saviours!
The tips can be applied to all life areas: career and business, home and life admin, family or cooking.

1. The brain dump
Get everything out of your mind so you can focus on one task at a time.
Write all the small and big tasks in a place that’s easy to refer back to — your phone notes, Google Tasks, your diary or online productivity system like Asana (my ride or die when it comes to life and work organisation).
Do a brain dump every morning and before sleep. Keep it next to your bed if you need to. Make the list accessible so you can add to it during the day.
If you find yourself running through your to-do list laying in bed at night or during meditation or intimacy with your partner, this is for you. This big list means you don’t need to think about it now, because you know you will at some point.
Once a week, sort the tasks into categories: personal life admin, work, family.
And ask yourself — what’s the very next action for this task? If I had nothing to do but this, what would I do first?
2. The two-minute rule
If you can do it in two minutes, do it now. Simple.
For these quick tasks, it’s less effort to do it straightaway rather than organising to remind yourself to do it later.
This is great for ad hoc tasks like cleaning up before bed, soaking some brown rice for dinner or booking an appointment. However, for recurring tasks like paying bills or answering emails I prefer to schedule or batch them — otherwise I’ll be answering emails whenever they come in, for the rest of my life, and they’ll interrupt my periods of deeper, creative work.
If it can’t be done in two minutes, park a reminder for it somewhere (again, I love Asana for scheduling date reminders), like go out for errands or talk to partner about booking holiday.

3. The obligation check
A liberating reminder is that you can complete a project by just dropping it.
When you know what’s important to you or what creates a difference, it’s easy to ignore what is not important. By taking things off your plate, you’re able to put more energy into tasks and projects that are important to you.
To decide whether something is an obligation or not, remind yourself of this:
If it’s important to me, I’ll make time. If not, I’ll make an excuse.
What have you been putting off because at the end of the day, it’s just not a priority?
- Catching up with that friend who always says “we should catch up soon!”
- Starting a Youtube channel
- Organising your shed
Remember that letting go of something doesn’t mean you’ve failed at being efficient. Choosing to let go and put your energy elsewhere is the most productive thing you can do.

4. The blank space
Like most things in life, creating space or taking your focus away from something creates more flow — a relationship, an orgasm, a creative decision.
Deliberately making white space in your day is not only important for women to ground and balance (because we certainly don’t thrive on fast, full lives), it also helps us return to work or tasks with a fresh mind.
Alongside the physical and mental rest, another benefit of blank space is the clarity and downloads we receive whilst doing nothing.
Ever figured out a problem or thought of a great new idea in the shower? I find as soon as I step away from my desk and take a walk with my dog, I’m flooded with not only energy and motivation to resume when I get back, but a whole page full of ideas to explore.
I recommend scheduling blank space into your calendar every single morning before you start the day.
Not just a ten-minute break to make coffee or scroll socials, but ideally an hour of uninterrupted you time — for a yoga flow, swim in the ocean, afternoon nap, barefoot stroll or park adventure with your kids.
This makes rest the priority over work, and sets the intention that your energy and emotional state is important to you. (It also makes you way more productive, but shh, don’t tell rest that — it’s the priority, remember).
5. The morning ritual
I despise that morning routines have become so popular for making CEOs and entrepreneurs more ‘productive’ and ‘successful,’ because they have so many more benefits than just that (especially for women).
But it’s true.
By starting your day with uninterrupted, quality time with yourself, you create a grounded and energised emotional state with which to carry into the day.
And that makes you more productive, so you’re able to complete all the tasks to create your big visions while also creating space for rest, play and nourishment.
Make your morning ritual non-negotiable, whether it’s 10 minutes or 2 hours, and allow yourself to explore whatever makes you feel balanced —
- Deep, slow breathing into your womb
- A yoga flow or mat pilates workout
- Making your coffee with intentional slowness
- Reading with breakfast.
Take this commitment to yourself seriously, because you’re your most important asset in life.

I’m here to make your life as an empowered woman as thriving and fulfilling as it can possibly be, and productivity plays a big part in that.
But remember that the aim of the game is to feel good, so when you choose a productivity strategy to incorporate into your life, set the intention to focus on what it will bring you other than efficiency and ‘success:’
- More time with your family
- Feeling rested and energised
- The entrepreneur 4-hour work week you’re craving.
With love,
